We're Growing!

11 months:

If I thought getting my monthly picture was hard before, this one was near impossible! There is no containing my little man. He's just constantly on the go. Starting after the picture above this is how the photo-shoot went:

"I hate sitting up on the chair, but I sure do love these books." (More on this goofy grin later)

"Hey, guys. Yeah, she got me back up here. Lion, your hair is looking spectacular..."

"I just want to give you a little smooch. MMMMWAAAAA"

"Yes! Back on the ground and I've found some treasure!"

"Look Ma! You want it?!"

We have quite the happy little dude on our hands. At 11 months Landon is not quite walking, but loves cruising on the furniture and taking little strolls with his walker:

He just needs to get the confidence to let go, I think. Once he does though, we all better look out because there is no stopping this kid. He is go, go, go, all the time. What can I say, the world is his playground :)

I guess 11-month-olds can not be bothered by baby food because if you come at this kid with anything pureed, you're going to get a stiff arm to the spoon. He is not having it. But at least when they feed themselves they keep it nice and clean.... oh wait:

As you may have noticed, 11 month olds also have more teeth! This last week has brought with it three more teeth (No, he has not been sleeping. Yes, I am very tired). But with these new pearly whites comes the goofiest smile you ever did see. Without further ado, a "Lando's new goofy grin" montage:

(And usually he ends it with a head tilt, "Don't you think I'm cute" look, like so)

I can't believe what's coming up on the 6th of September. Like, really can't believe it. But I sure do enjoy watching this one grow up...
