Goulash and Such
Last week I made this delicious baked penne with roasted vegetables, last night it was goulash, but what do these two things have in common? They make a ton! I've been on a roll of making a big recipe early on in the week and I'll tell you what, it makes my life easier.
Nate's enjoying taking his leftovers to work and I love that when my one year old and I are starving and on the brink of losing it from hunger (mostly me, not Landon), we can just pop our leftovers in the microwave and enjoy! If you have some delicious recipes you want to share, please send them my way :)
ps - For some reason the recipe for Bobby's Goulash on foodnetwork.com calls for 2 lbs of ground beef and 1 lb of ground turkey, but I just have to believe it's wrong (why I gave you a link to Paula's website instead). There is no way this recipe needs more than 2 lbs of meat in my eyes (no matter what combination you choose). Just thought I'd let you know :)

Ohhh! That penne with veggies is one of my favorites! I'm making Giada's lasagna rolls tonight, I'll let you know if it's a keeper :) Recipe swap!
GOULASH that is a speciality here in Germany even though it is Hungarian. One favorite I made in the States was rice, broccoli, chicken and cheese casserole. I will try and find the recipe.
